Workshop registration
To confirm your participation you have to fulfill an online registration form and to pay the registration fee via EDAS (for non-Russian participants) or wire transfer (for Russian participants). We have 5 options:

Since the beginning of September is the high season at the Baltic coast we recommend you FULL registration which includes full board accomodation in the Russ Hotel where WiFlex is hosted.
Please note that each paper must be covered by a Basic or Full registration before May 19. It is impossible to cover a paper with a Student, Full Student or Accompanying Person registration.
Only registration accompanied by the corresponding payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice in a week after paying are requested to contact Evgeny Khorov: khorov@iitp.ru
Cancellation policy
Registration fees covering papers are not refundable. Other registrations cancelled by letter or fax will be honoured if received by May 25, 2012. After this date, all registrations will be considered final and the corresponding fees owing in full. The organizer cannot take responsibility for cancellations made after this date, and reimbursement will not be possible.
